How is Autism diagnosed?
Diagnosing Autism is very difficult because there are no medical tests that can be taken in order to figure out if someone is on the spectrum. Physicians have to observe the patient's behavior and development in order to determine where they fall on the spectrum. Autistic disorder can be diagnosed at 18 months or earlier.
